*Fixed fee includes all attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents; copies of documents and postage.

Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or bank transfer.

Please note that our organisation is not VAT registered. Therefore VAT at 20% will not be added to the fees

All fees quoted are for the services of Ultimate Visas only. You will also need to budget for the Home Office fees.

All third party payments, disbursements/ Home Office Fees and any fee that is not considered our professional fee will need to be paid by the client directly to the third party. We will not be handling any client money other than our professional fee. This is a strict policy in which we will only hold an office account for our professional fees.
