This privacy policy relates to all information provided by you to Ultimate Visas, as a client of Ultimate Visas or otherwise.

Types of data that we collect

Client data relevant to immigration applications

As part of our client service, we record and store data relating to client details, client situation, and advice provided. This data is used by us solely in order to provide an excellent client service, to ensure a successful immigration application, and to provide the best possible advice.

We are required by the IAA to retain relevant data for a period of no less than six years.

In addition, we are required by the IAA to retain relevant data for any future audit by the IAA. However, on request, clients may object to their data being used for future audits of this sort.

Enquiries to Ultimate Visas

As part of our enquiry process, and in order to help you best, we may record your name, contact details, and other relevant information relating to your enquiry.

Website Cookies

We do not collect cookie information on our website. If we do decide to change this policy, we will update our Privacy Policy, notify subscribers to our newsletter via their email address and clearly present it on our website.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.ultimatevisas.co.uk, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect anonymised internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify individual user. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We do not use a mailing list at the moment.

Access to your personal information

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You may obtain an account of all of your personal information held by Ultimate Visas upon request.

Clients of Ultimate Visas may examine their records and any personal information contained therein upon request. This includes any Case Notes relating to your immigration application or immigration advice provided. To view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold, please email [email protected].
